We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • $2,000

    A unique interactive service by two of our perfectly trained Valais Blacknose Sheep: “The cutest sheep in the world.”

  • $2,000

    Invite two of our beautiful alpacas to serve drinks for your guests and pose for photos.

  • $2,000

    +$2 per mile outside our local area.

    Invite either our Valais Blacknose Sheep or Alpacas to attend your event outside of our local preferred area. Additional travel charge will apply depending on distance from our farm.

  • $2,000

    +custom styling costs

    Invite either our Valais Blacknose Sheep or Alpacas to your themed party. We can discuss custom styling for our “party animals” to arrive dressed and on theme. Additional cost applied.

Our Policies

Payment

Once you have finalized your package and filled out the event detail form, we will send you an official contract via "Digisign". A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold your reservation. We cannot hold dates until we receive your deposit and the signed agreement. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit amount.

Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Credit Card, Cash or Check.

Final payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to your event.

Refunds

There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required with booking. The remaining deposit and any additional payment can be refunded up to 24 hours prior to the event.

If the event is cancelled by us due to inclement or dangerous weather, your deposit and full payment will be refunded. If a situation requires us to cancel mid-event, we will prorate the time we were there and send you a refunded amount for the time we missed.

If the event is cancelled by you on the day of the event, the full balance is non-refundable.

Weather

If there is dangerous weather or an act of God that could put our handlers or animals at risk, we will cancel the service and provide you with a full refund.

This type of cancellation is at the full discretion of Crimson & Clover Farms.

  • Secure your venue. Confirm with your venue that our animal friends can attend the party.

  • Secure your funds. We will NOT reserve your booking until we have received your 50% deposit.

  • Please provide us up to 5 business days to return your request.

  • If your date is available and your location is within our range, you will receive a detailed email that includes your contract and quoted price.

  • Once you have received and signed your electronic contract, please pay the 50% deposit in FULL.

  • Once we have received your deposit you have officially booked the cutest servers you will ever meet.
