We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Our animals are available for a carefully curated experience. This ensures every interaction remains calm, enriching, and enjoyable for both our guests and the animals in our care.

All bookings for 2026 are 50% off!

  • $1,500 (+travel outside service area)

    Choose our two Valais Blacknose sheep or two alpacas to be a part of your private photo session.

    Perfect for engagement shoots, bridal portraits, editorial stylings, birthdays, family gatherings, or holiday cards.

  • $2,000 (+travel outside our service area)

    An interactive experience where our animals are at your event delivering drinks and taking photos with your guests during cocktail or welcome receptions.

    Animals are typically available for one hour at your event.

    Note: Client or caterer provides all beverages, ice, cups, or items for the baskets.

  • $2,400 (+travel outside our service area)

    The ultimate luxury custom package for themed weddings, parties, or corporate events.

    Custom styling on our animals to fit your event theme and/or color palette, interactive guest greetings, or dedicated portraits with your hosts. Includes comprehensive on-site coordination.

    Our animals are typically available for one hour at your event. Usually, a welcome reception or cocktail hour.

    Note: Client or caterer provides all beverages, ice, cups, or items for the baskets.

Our Basic Policies

Payment

Once you have finalized your package and filled out the event detail form, we will send you our legal agreement via "Digisign." A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold your reservation. We cannot hold dates until we receive your deposit and the signed agreement.

Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, Credit or Debit Card, Cash or Check.

Final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to your event.

Refunds

If the event is cancelled by us due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, your final payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days. If a situation requires us to cancel mid-event, we will prorate the time we were there and send you a refunded amount for the time we missed.

If the event is cancelled by you on the day of the event, the final payment is non-refundable.

Additional information about our policies will be included in the agreement.

Weather

If there is inclement weather that could put our animals or handlers at risk, we will cancel the service and provide you with a full refund of your final payment.

This type of cancellation is at the full discretion of Crimson & Clover Farms.

  • Once we’ve received your signed agreement and deposit, you have officially booked the cutest servers you will ever meet.

Make Sure You…

  • Secure your event date.

  • Secure your venue - confirming in writing that our animal friends can attend the event.

  • Secure your funds. Again, we cannot secure your reservation until we’ve received your $500 deposit.
